County source files are reviewed and organized before listings are shown publicly. Pre-auction delinquent records remain separate from confirmed tax sale pages to reduce user confusion.

Source-first workflow

Listings originate from county PDFs, notices or official source material before they are mapped into the site structure.

Audited public listings

The public grid is intended to show the subset of listings considered suitable for publication at the time of review.

Pre-auction separation

Delinquent lists are intentionally labeled as pre-auction and not as confirmed sale inventory.
